This is a live view of the global cyberattack traffic that Kaspersky’s network sensors are observing in real time. Every dot, arc, and pulse is a probe, scan, or exploit attempt hitting a Kaspersky customer somewhere on the public internet.

Think of it as a weather map for the internet: not every storm reaches you, but you can see which way the pressure systems are moving and which regions are under load.

How to read it

  • Bright clusters indicate regions under heavy scan or exploit volume right now. They shift as the working day moves from one time zone to the next.
  • Arcs and lines are individual attack flows, colour-coded by attack type. Hover or click to see the destination and category.
  • The pulse is overall global volume. It rarely drops to zero because the internet is always under some level of automated attack.

What it does not show

  • Geography of the attacker. Many attacks route through compromised hosts in third countries, so a dot is often a victim or pivot, not the true origin.
  • Kaspersky customer coverage. The map reflects telemetry from Kaspersky’s network. Visibility is best in regions with high Kaspersky adoption and weaker in others.
  • Targeted attacks. The map is dominated by commodity scanning and opportunistic exploitation. Targeted, hand-crafted campaigns rarely appear in real-time data.
